Mauritius & Seychelles accelerating oil exploitation process

According to Maoist media reports, due to the rise in global oil prices caused by the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, Maoist and Seychelles plan to accelerate the progress of joint oil exploitation, and plan to entrust a new multinational company to exploit oil in the Mascarene Plateau in the Indian Ocean. The project is funded by the United Nations Development Programme, with the participation of scientists from the two countries. Considering that the waters of the maskalin plateau are far away from the two countries and there may be illegal fishing, the two sides also discussed patrolling in relevant waters.
