Equinor increasing natural gas production

According to the offshore engineering website on March 16, Norwegian operator equinor said on Wednesday that Norway will increase natural gas production in the coming months and deliver more natural gas to Europe at a time of natural gas shortage and soaring prices.
Equinor said the government's adjusted production license would allow the oseberg field to increase natural gas exports by about 1 billion cubic meters in the period up to September 30. Meanwhile, in fiscal year 2022, Heidrun oilfield can increase by 400 million cubic meters.
"1.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas will meet the natural gas needs of about 1.4 million households in Europe," the company said in a statement
